On a daily basis, Cargo Express's import and export managers turn to CargoSmart's Cargo Tracking, Rail Tracing, and Shipment Detail features to quickly find the shipment details they require. Within the Shipment Detail module, Cargo Express uses Customized Reports and E-mail Notifications. The weekly reports, sorted by bill of lading, booking, and container numbers, help Cargo Express see, at a glance, its customers' shipment statuses. Additionally, it has set up nine different types of E-mail Notifications.
