Ocean carriers connect to CargoSmart to save costs, increase efficiencies, and enhance customer service levels. CargoSmart allows carriers' customers to manage shipments around-the-clock, reducing expensive phone calls, avoiding long call wait times, and minimizing repetitive follow-up.

CargoSmart's system is connected to over 30 leading ocean carriers. The carriers include China Shipping, COSCON, Hanjin, “K” Line, Matson, MOL, NYK, OOCL, and Yang Ming. Customers may request any of their carriers to connect to CargoSmart to automate their shipment management processes.

We provide a full-service support team, training tools, and an online customer service application to help carriers use CargoSmart to meet their customers' demand for automation and high service levels. China Shipping   China Shipping Container Lines Co., Ltd. (CSCL) is a leading container shipping company headquartered in China. It is principally engaged in the operation and management of international as well as domestic trade lanes. CSCL is a specialized corporation affiliated to China Shipping (Group) Company, involved in container liner services and other related services. It provides services to customers in storage, transshipment, customs clearance, and other related declarations. Established in 1997 in Shanghai, CSCL has emerged as a major global player. It is currently among the top 10 container shipping company in terms of operating capacity.
 
CMA CGM
   CMA CGM Group, led by its founder Jacques R. Saadé, is a container transport company. As a global carrier operating on all the world’s seas and oceans, the Group also benefits from the renowned expertise of its subsidiaries. CMA CGM provides customers with tailor-made solutions to meet all their transport requirements, on land as well as at sea. Indeed the CMA CGM Group is one of the first of the global shipping carriers to have control of the complete logistics chain. It offers a door-to-door service that integrates maritime transport with inland waterways or rail, as well as port handling facilities and logistics on land. COSCON   COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd. (COSCON) has a fleet of 118 full container vessels and a total capacity of more than 220,000 TEU that operate over 20 trunk services and call more than 100 major ports all over the world. Hanjin
  Hanjin Shipping, a world-class global shipping logistics company, aims to be recognized, respected, and trusted by the world as the premier logistics company. "K" Line   Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" Line) was founded in 1919. The "K" Line of today occupies a significant place in the worldwide container trade with 115 offices in 98 countries.
