CargoSmart allows carriers' customers to manage shipments around-the-clock, reducing expensive phone calls, avoiding long call wait times, and minimizing repetitive follow-up.

CargoSmart provides a full-service support team, training tools, and an online customer service application to help carriers use CargoSmart to meet their customers' demand for automation and high service levels. CargoSmart also offers advanced solutions for carriers to improve their business operations.

ANL   ANL, which was founded in 1956, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group and specializes in transporting containers to and from Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania. ANL operates its own services, serving the rest of the world in partnership with CMA CGM. ANL possesses its own network of agencies in South-East Asia, China, and Oceania and also offers onshore services to its customers through its subsidiaries. ANL Logistics offers tailored solutions in order to optimize the transport logistics chain. ANL Container Hire & Sales offers a wide range of containers for sale or hire in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
CNC Line   Cheng Lie Navigation Company (CNC Line), founded in 1971, has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group since 2007. CNC Line, based in Taiwan, is a leader in the Intra-Asian Trade. By becoming part of the CMA CGM Group, the company was able to strengthen its existing services and develop new ones, thereby increasing both its area coverage and the options it offers its customers. CNC Line provides its customers with personalized services, prioritizing the transport of temperature-controlled containers (reefers).
   CMA CGM Group, led by its founder Jacques R. Saadé, is a container transport company. As a global carrier operating on all the world’s seas and oceans, the Group also benefits from the renowned expertise of its subsidiaries. CMA CGM provides customers with tailor-made solutions to meet all their transport requirements, on land as well as at sea. Indeed the CMA CGM Group is one of the first of the global shipping carriers to have control of the complete logistics chain. It offers a door-to-door service that integrates maritime transport with inland waterways or rail, as well as port handling facilities and logistics on land. COSCON   COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd. (COSCO SHIPPING Lines) has a fleet of 173 container vessels with the total capacity of 786,252 TEUs. With 178 ports for calling vessels in 60 countries and regions, it operated 84 international routes, 30 international branch routes, 22 coastal routes in China and 77 branch routes in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River. COSCO SHIPPING Lines has almost 500 domestic and overseas sales and service outlets. COSCO SHIPPING Lines attaches great importance to improving service quality and sticking to the principle of “Market-Orientation and Customer-Satisfaction.”
Evergreen Line
  Evergreen Line is the unified common trade name for the five shipping companies of the Evergreen Group and it operates the fourth largest container fleet in the world. With over 300 service locations, Evergreen covers more than 100 countries with its shipping network. Evergreen always strives to provide its customers with the highest level of service. Operating over 200 container vessels, it provides a fleet of quality ships crewed by professional seafarers.   Hapag-Lloyd is a leading global liner shipping company and a powerful partner for its customers. It has approx. 230 modern ships, 7.6 million TEU (Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit) transported per year, around 13,000 motivated employees at more than 360 locations in 125 countries. Hapag-Lloyd offers a fleet with a total capacity of 1.6 Million TEU, as well as a container stock of more than 2.3 million TEU including one of the world’s largest and most modern reefer container fleets. A global network of more than 130 liner services guarantees fast and reliable connections between all continents. The owners of Hapag-Lloyd are CSAV (22.6%), Kühne Maritime (17.6%) the City of Hamburg (14.9%), Qatar Investment Authority (14.4%), the Public Investment Fund on behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (10.1%), plus a free float of 20.4% (percentages have been rounded and the free float includes institutional shareholders with a shareholding of less than 5%).
Hapag-Lloyd   Independent Container Line (ICL) provides international container transportation between Northern Europe and the East Coast of the United States. ICL is a customer-focused organization with an incomparable reputation for providing on-time transportation services. Established in 1985, ICL is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with offices at each of its direct ports of call; Chester, PA and Wilmington, NC in the United States, Antwerp, Belgium and Southampton, England in Europe. ICL is a privately-held steamship company that since its inception has received many awards for exceptional service and a customer driven approach. ICL has four vessels that are operated in a weekly service. These vessels have helped ICL establish the benchmark for schedule reliability on the North Atlantic trade lane. Maersk Line
  Maersk Line serves global customers through 325 offices in more than 125 countries.   Matson Navigation Company is one of the leading U.S.-flag carriers operating in the Pacific, with a longstanding reputation for quality service in the transportation industry. Founded in 1882 and incorporated in 1901, Matson provides ocean transportation services for Hawaii, Guam, China and Micronesia, as well as logistics services through its subsidiary, Matson Integrated Logistics. Matson is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. of Honolulu (NYSE: ALEX).
MCC    MCC Transport is a liner company dedicated solely to the critical, fast-growing and ever-changing Intra-Asian market for container shipping. MSC    MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., of Geneva, Switzerland is a privately owned shipping line, founded in 1970, which has rapidly grown from a small conventional ship operator to become one of the leading global shipping lines of the world. During recent years MSC's maritime fleet has expanded substantially to consolidate its position as the 2nd largest carrier in respect of container slot capacity and of the number of container vessels operated. Such spectacular growth has been achieved internally through organic growth rather than through acquisition or merger. ONE   Ocean Network Express (ONE) was incepted on July 7, 2017 following the liner service integrations of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (“K” LINE), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) and Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK). The new entity functions from its global headquarters in Singapore, supported by regional headquarters in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States and Brazil. ONE is the world’s sixth largest container carrier with a fleet size of approximately 1.55 million TEU. Operating more than 210 vessels, it offers an expeditious and a reliable international network of over 120 services to 120 countries and beyond. ONE is a member of THE Alliance (THEA), a global ocean carrier consortium.
  Orient Overseas Container Line Limited (OOCL), headquartered in Hong Kong, is one of the world's largest integrated international container transportation and logistics service providers, with more than 270 offices in 60 countries. Linking Asia, Europe, North America, the Mediterranean, the Indian sub-continent, the Middle East and Australia/New Zealand, the company offers transportation services to all major east/west trading economies of the world.
Seago Line
  Seago Line, as part of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, is serving the European and North African containerised market. Seago Line is founded with the aim to enhance regional market focus. The company is a stand-alone legal entity and operates as a fully independent business unit. In total 73 vessels are operated by Seago Line. Seago Line has its headquarters in Copenhagen and agencies in more than 25 countries.
US Lines
   SM Line was founded in 2017 as a subsidiary of SM Group, which has dynamically grown its business portfolio to include manufacturing and service businesses. SM Line’s liner shipping expertise allows the cost-effective carrier to provide superior knowledge and premier customer service in the Transpacific/Intra-Asia trade. Its extensive feeder network offers a stable connection from major ports in Asia to the U.S. With Busan as the hub, SM Line can easily connect to China, Japan, South/East Asia and the Indian subcontinent trade, while delivering premium express service through a minimization of transit time and Intermodal connections. By providing reliable vessel schedules and stable space availability through its own container fleet and independent operation, SM Line is ready to deliver the greatest value to customers.
US Lines
   US Lines founded in 2003, has become the expert in Transpacific and Australasia—North America (Oceania) container shipping through its operational reliability and the quality of its Customer Service. Its acquisition by the CMA CGM Group in 2007 allowed US Lines to access the resources and network of the world's No 3 operator who, in return, benefits from US Lines' expertise in the Australia/New Zealand Trade to and from North America.
