Comply with the EU's 24-Hour Rule
As of January 1, 2011, ocean carriers are required to file Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) for shipments bound for the European Union (EU). If the ENS is not filed in a timely manner or if the data is inaccurate or incomplete, carriers may receive customs Do Not Load instructions and shippers' cargo may be delayed.

EU member states lifted their temporary grace periods for the EU24 rule as of
July 2011. Is your company in compliance?
