Truckers, customs house brokers, warehouse workers, and distribution center workers all need timely, accurate shipment information to meet customers' needs.
If you are a service provider who is not a party on the bill of lading, then any party who is on the bill of lading can establish a relationship with you through CargoSmart to allow you to have visibility to the shipment information you need. To start using CargoSmart, contact the party on the bill of lading and request that their CargoSmart administrator add you to their account through Relationship Manager.
